Baldwin Bar is one of my all time favorite restaurants. There are those restaurants that create fantastic food and a wonderful atmosphere with friendly staff and then there are those restaurants that do all that, but do it unlike any other restaurant in the country…if not, the world.

The staff here are like family. They are the classic neighborhood bartender that knows everyone’s names. They are James Beard award winning for their cocktail and bar program with seasonal menu changes that will never fail to rock your world.

If you know me at all, you know the food must be SPICY! The cuisine is authentic Szechuan Chinese with tiki cocktails. The food, although spicy, isn’t buffalo-burn-your-mouth type of flavor, it is flavor spicy! There are also fantastic classic Chinese-American favorites if you or your company is feeling less adventurous.

The restaurant is located inside the Baldwin Mansion. It has a classy, lounge feel upstairs, while downstairs has a tiki bar transporting you to paradise regardless of the time of the year. Thanks to COVID, they also seasonally have a cozy “patio” set-up.
