Barre Blend: Review

I have a beach body on demand membership and have tried a variety of programs. However, my all time favorite, is Barre Blend. I love that it is low impact, high energy, and has serious burn zones for building muscle. I am frequently going breathless from cardio intervals without doing high impact cardio every day. I used to dread cardio day! I also love that no matter how many times I do the program, I never plateau. There’s always a way to up-level by upping your weights or getting lower and deeper or higher and faster! 

The workouts are 10-40 minutes, which is also a huge advantage because on a day where I have a million things to do, I can never say I don’t have time. Everyone has 10 minutes…and then I always end up doing more! 

In addition to the workouts, there are (I AM…) meditations which are an incredible way to begin your morning with positive words of affirmation to take with you throughout your day. It challenges me to stay uplifted, take much needed time for me, and also alter my way of thinking in a positive way.
